In order to fit into the surrounding community, this house had to be designed with the height of the roof in mind.  This dictated the roof coming down at the first floor and extending up and over the second floor.  The open floor in the kitchen, dining room, and great room creates a beautiful space for entertaining.  The garage entrance is around the back at the basement level.  With stringent community requirements, we created a rendering that was needed for approval by using state of the art 3D software.
